SATURDAY: FONIO BOWL
- Fonio: small grains that remind of couscous or quinoa. Flutenfree and full of fibres)
- Yassa: a sauce on the base of onion, mustard and lemon
- Served with baby spinach, grilled carrots and mild spicy chicken wings
- Veggie proteins: spiced tofu
- Served with African fried balls and vegetable- or beef samosas
Sunday: Jollof Bowl
- Jollof rice (spicy and very aromatic rice dish, known in West African countries as Ghana, Nigeria, Togo and Senegal)
- Served with grilled, spicy meat balls, cabbage-carrot salad, plantain and a tomato sauce
- Veggie: more vegetables such as okra and small African zucchinis
- Served with African fried balls and vegetable- or beef samosas
