  • Cauliflower cream, spicy broad beans, pickled radish and hazlenut
  • Wild herbs pesto, heirloom tomato salad, nectarines and buckwheat
  • Spicy tomato-eggplant sauce, fried beluga lentils, miso yoghurt and sorrel
